2. I've changed the name of my blog, and it feels more bad ass now. I want to tell you how great the food I MAKE IS.
3. This chocolate mousse is super easy and really good.
CHOCO MOUSSE
Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado
- 1/4 cup cacao (its better for you than cocoa- but if youre new to the game use cocoa until youre in the superfood mindset)
- 1/4 cup of agave/maple syrup/coconut nectar - which evar liquid sweetner you use
- 1/4 cup cashews (soaked over night)- i prefer using cashews because it makes it creamier and they have insane mood boosting benefits- but feel free to omit them if youre counting calories/fat content
Method:
Add all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor- run until smooth.
You can add whatever toppings you like. I added strawberries, coconut shavings and carob chips!
